Prayer

Prayer is by far the most important need for the work of the CeLT. At the end of the day, the battle is spiritual, as only God can change the hearts and minds of people in order to turn them to Christ. Prayer should take place before anything else we do, and we and our peoples need as much as we can get.

Here are some ways that you could be involved in the prayer ministry of the CeLT:

Pray for our teams and the Celtic peoples we serve among.

Monthly Prayer Calendar – We produce a monthly prayer calendar, which shares the immediate needs of CeLT members who are currently serving on the field. | Subscribe | Archive |

Get others to pray.

We are searching for people who want to serve as Prayer Advocates for the CeLT. Prayer Advocates are very similar to Overseas Mobilization Coordinators, except the Prayer Advocate concentrates on mobilizing prayer support at the local level and in a much smaller geographic area. If you’d like to know more about serving as a Prayer Advocate for the CeLT in your local church, ministry, or denomination, please click HERE.

Come and pray over this part of the world.

We are looking for volunteer groups who take seriously the work of prayer and who would be willing to come over to one of our ministry areas and simply concentrate on prayer walking. This is one of our most strategic needs. If you’d be interested in organizing and leading a volunteer team to concentrate on prayer walking in our areas, please click HERE.

Set aside time to pray for our peoples.

Month of Prayer – Because of important Celtic saints’ days in March, we have made March a month of prayer specifically for the Celtic languages people groups. If you’d like to help your church, ministry, or denomination to be involved in the month of prayer, please click HERE.
