Gaelgeyryn Vannin – Manx Gaelic Speakers & Kernewegeroryon – Cornish Speakers
Manx and Cornish speakers are the smallest of the Celtic languages people groups in terms of total number of speakers. Both Cornish and Manx have experienced their demise and revival as languages over the years. Today, though difficult to ascertain the exact number of speakers, there would be perhaps as many as 2,000 of each language (people with some ability/interest in the language). At this time, there is no Manx or Cornish-speaking Evangelical church, though occasional services are conducted in these languages.
